I understand that in these uncertain times, many people are finding themselves in a difficult financial situation, meaning that some of those most in need of practising yoga at the moment may be being priced out.

Because of this, I have decided not to set a fixed price

for my classes but am encouraging people to attend

on a pay-as-you-can basis.

Every session with Sarah is honestly like a hug - incredibly restorative. Sarah is open with her practice creating a safe space (whether face to face or online) and giving context to each session...this is the type of practice and teacher I have spent years searching for!

As a mama to be she has been great at adapting poses as well as for any post-natal mamas and I have always slept sooooo well after each class!

In the current climate I couldn't think of a safer, more supportive space I would rather spend time in and cannot recommend her classes enough having been part of both face to face and online!



I have been doing yoga with Sarah for 4 years now and she has made my practice something I look forward to weekly and miss dearly when I cannot join. Sarah has a great way of making you feel safe and welcome within the class while also creating flows that are kind to your body and challenging at the same time! Sarah’s class has been an absolute joy! Not only is Sarah a knowledgeable yoga teacher but she brings the feelgood vibes! She’s a permanent ray of sunshine and classes were a lovely mix of yoga for parents and yoga with a focus on the babies. I went with my second child and it felt like one of the only times in the week time that was devoted to being together, which was really special. My baby really seemed to enjoy it, whether it was the energy in the room, she was always chilled out, even if she’d be screaming just before.


About Me

Hi, I'm Sarah, mum of two boys and former education consultant turned yoga teacher. I left mainstream education in 2012 to travel Latin America, after more than a decade of a successful & highly pressured teaching career. It was while travelling in Latin America that I discovered yoga as a way of life & an antidote to the all to common stress and burnout of modern day life. 


I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2013 and later completed my advanced training in India, studying the styles of Iyengar and Ashtanga with focus on alignment and adjustment, practicing under Gurus in Mysore and learning Thai yoga massage to enhance my anatomical knowledge.

I structure sessions along the lines of Vinyasa and Hatha, although I also specialise in Yin, Yoga for Women’s Bodies, Pre- & Post-natal Yoga (with or without baby) & I’m a qualified Toddler Yoga teacher with years of experience in nursery settings.

I ran the first regular Dad & Baby Yoga class in South London and love to support new parents, walking with them for a while on this exciting road, specifically offering advice and support with regards to postpartum recovery.

​My classes are dynamic yet playful, flowing but structured, encouraging students to feel grounded and energised.
