Hi, I'm Sarah. I specialise in teaching online yoga classes to stressed-out mums who need to carve out a bit of time for themselves. To unwind, heal, avoid burnout. As a mum of two myself, I know what that's like!

And that's why I only teach online - so you can practise from your own home, at a time that's convenient for you: ideally when the kids are tucked up in bed but, if they're not ready to sleep or if you want to repeat the practice again later, all my classes are recorded so you can watch them back whenever you need to.

With nearly two decades experience as an educator, nine years teaching yoga & having started my online classes three years ago, I have perfected the art of live streamed classes, holding space and providing personal attention & adjustments in real time.
