Service Description

A dynamic, spiritual practice of yoga, in which individual postures are linked by flowing vinyasas & synchronised with the breath. You will be led through the set sequence Half Primary Series to a count of five breaths, which will strengthen, purify and increase flexibility to the body. Open to all levels, from complete beginners to the more experienced, as I offer tailored variations of postures to suit each individual. * Please note that monthly or annual membership, including access to all live classes and pre-recorded videos, is available and offers better value than booking individual classes for those who intend to practice regularly.
