A yin class in Sarah's style will interweave traditional Chinese medicine theory, Daoist philosophy & insights into yoga, punctuated by moments of silence & stillness. Known as the 'quiet practice', yin enlivens the physical body by supporting the mobility of the joints & spine whilst working deeply with the fascia, releasing energetic & emotional blockages in the pranic body to connect you to your true inner self. Finishing with a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling rejuvenated and ease you into a good night's sleep. * Please note that monthly or annual membership, including access to all live classes and pre-recorded videos, is available and offers better value than booking individual classes for those who intend to practice regularly.
