Are you feeling weighed down by responsibility? The Christmas holidays can be a whirlwind of excitement, joy and let's face it, stress! But now as you reflect on the past year, you may feel depleted - physically, mentally & emotionally just drained. And it's only February! If you're feeling overwhelmed by the weight of relentless responsibilities, lack of drive & an inner sense of isolation, you're not alone. You may be living in fight, flight or freeze mode. It's time for a reset! The more I work with women, I see just how much they are holding and how difficult it feels for them to drop the ball, stop spinning the plates, even for an hour and put themselves first. If this sounds like you, this workshop is a one-off nurturing, healing & transformative experience designed to gently reset your nervous system and restore your sense of balance. I'm bringing my decade of experience coaching women & mothers to provide a space where, for just a couple of hours, you can fill your own cup first and drop the weight you're carrying. For many of us, we don't even realise that we are suffering the effects of chronic stress & a frazzled nervous system. We will combine the power of breathwork, yoga therapy (practices designed for perimenopause & chronic fatigue), nidra and sound healing. What's In Store For You? This workshop is a journey that will guide you through simple yet powerful practices aimed at calming your nervous system and nourishing your body and mind. The goal is to help you move from exhaustion to resilience, so you can step into the new year with renewed energy, clarity and hope. You will learn the 3 distinct ways we respond to the world and how it relates to the vagus nerve, how to move through these nervous system responses and what tools to use for each vagal tone state. What You’ll Experience: - Breathwork for Balance - learn how to use your breath to reset your nervous system and shift your energy from fight-or-flight to calm & grounded. Breath is your most powerful tool, and you'll leave with techniques you can use anytime to help you feel more centered. - Yoga Therapy & Nidra for Deep Relaxation: gentle yin yoga poses will help release physical tension, soothe the body, and support your vagus nerve—the key player in regulating your stress response. - Sound Healing for Inner Peace - Stay for an optional 30 min cacao ceremony for cacao & chats (£5 additional fee) No experience needed - just come as you are!
